I took it back to the store where I bought it, and they sent it on service. After five weeks nothing had still happened. I contacted them and they said that it was a software error. They had got new software from England, but this didn't work either.

Finally, after almost six weeks of no help at all, I got a replacement player from the dealer, which works perfectly so far tested with R0, R1, R2, and R3 discs.
